Acceptance of the Terms<\/strong><\/p>

By contacting Pixerum (hereinafter, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cthe provider\u201d) through this website, you (hereinafter, \u201cthe client\u201d) automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.<\/p>

  1. Services Offered<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Pixerum provides graphic design, branding, and web development services as described in each package or customized proposal.<\/span><\/p>

    The exact scope, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a formal agreement after the initial contact.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Work Process<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      3.1. Contact & Quotation:<\/strong><\/p>

      Prices displayed on the website are indicative only. A final quote will be sent after reviewing the client\u2019s requirements.<\/span><\/p>

      A project is considered officially started once:<\/span><\/p>

      The quote has been approved<\/span><\/p>

      A 50% non-refundable advance payment has been made.<\/span><\/p>

      3.2. Revisions:<\/strong><\/p>

      Each service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes will be billed separately.<\/span><\/p>

      3.3. Delivery Timelines:<\/strong><\/p>

      Delivery times begin once all required materials are received (brief, images, copy, etc.).<\/span><\/p>

      \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      1. Pricing & Payments<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Prices are listed in ARS or USD (specified in each proposal).<\/span><\/p>

        Payment methods include bank transfer, Mercado Pago, and PayPal (5% surcharge applies due to fees).<\/span><\/p>

        Late payments will incur an interest of 1.5% per day after the 5th overdue day.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          By the client:<\/span><\/p>

          The 50% advance payment is non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>

          If the project has already started, the proportional amount of work completed will be charged.<\/span><\/p>

          By Pixerum: We reserve the right to cancel the project if:<\/span><\/p>

          \u2013 The client fails to provide required information for 15 consecutive days<\/span><\/p>

          \u2013 In cases of non-payment or abusive behavior.<\/span><\/p>

          \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          1. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            Copyright ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment has been completed.<\/span><\/p>

            Pixerum reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place<\/span><\/p>

            Premium resources (paid images, fonts, licenses) are not included and will be quoted separately if required.<\/span><\/p>

            \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

            1. Warranty & Support<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              We offer 15 business days of free support after delivery for minor corrections.<\/span><\/p>

              This does not cover issues caused by:<\/span><\/p>

              \u2013 Modifications made by the client or third parties<\/span><\/p>

              \u2013 Hosting, server, or external service failures.<\/span><\/p>

              \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

              1. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                Pixerum does not guarantee that designs will be approved for trademark registration.<\/span><\/p>

                We are not responsible for:<\/span><\/p>

                \u2013 Business losses, indirect damages<\/span><\/p>

                \u2013 Improper use of the delivered designs by the client.<\/span><\/p>

                1. Privacy & Data Protection<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  Any personal data provided (name, email, etc.) will be used solely for internal communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
                  We comply with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.<\/p>

                  \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                  1. Modifications<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    Pixerum may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via email or through a notice on the website.<\/span><\/p>

                    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    1. Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                      This agreement is governed by the laws of Argentina.
